can i purchase the modem by paying additional amount which got it on rental.
if by paying additional 2500 can i purchase it . the bsnl persons say that i have to surrender the older one and need to purchase the new. i am not sure abt it can anyone clarify it. |

Even i talked to the bsnl JTO in nasik and he confirmed, that there will be no consideration of the rent amount already paid. so user will have to shell the sellin price while purchasing.
also the rented device will hav to be surrendered b4 getting a new one. |
