COST OF EVDO device ????

hi guys..... wat is the actual cost of EVDO device;
I took it for 7000/- but they say the cost is 3,500/-....and wud it b possible for me to return the EVDO card if i'm surrendering the connxn ???

no the card is urs now. The new price as u correctly scripted is Rs3,500/- but as u pruchased the card, then it will be urs and u cant surrender and get back the money. Thats why i encouraged people to get the card on rental. we dont know, their might be even more decrease in the card's price.

I agree with Coolpcguy, paying Rs.200 as rent for the card for an year would almost come around the proce of the card...

Hi Guys,

EV-DO device rental is always best choice. Reason is the device one time purchase cost is 3500/- INR with only one year warranty. But the rental is per month 200/- INR and warranty is applicable up to return of the device. So the per year cost 200x12=2400/- INR only. If the device is failed after 12 months we need to pay another 3500/- (or) device cost at this time to get another one. But the rental is not like that. Simply we can get another device and if the device cost is going cheap in future it will reflect the future bills like UL 900 plan became like UL 750 in BSNL broadband connection.
