Device open?
I plan to buy a new device but the agent shows a device which is open (without any packing). He says that is the only one he has and also that BSNL supplies all the devices similarly. Anyone who has taken a device may please share their experience/suggestion.

RE: Device open?
I also got mine unpacked, I got mine for rent, I thought this might be why I got it that way.. Didn't give it much thought until now..
Anyone else have any thoughts?

RE: Device open?
There is nothing surprising here. Those who got the devices as soon it was lauched in their locality, would've got it packed.

But those who went after some time, would've got it unpacked . . .

This is cuz, the later people would've got devices used by somebody else after they surrendered the device back to BSNL . . .
