Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

Do u have differences in connections ?? me and my friend have evdo cards.
when we connect in ours laptops .his connection is good goes upto 2310kps, but my connection is slow it is only 600kps...not increasing .signal is good:
well in my settings in card i have hybrid mode and his settings in the cards evdo mode.. will it affect the connection...

First of all, how much signal strength ur friend gets, and how much do u get?
Do you both use the same laptop, which company?
Which OS do you both use?

we using separate laptops .. my os is xp and his vista.. signal strength 4 bars..
we using it in same room ...

Also please explain what do u mean by EVDO setting and EVDO mode and Hybrid Mode, Are u talking about ZTE Pst Software?

he didnt activate hybrid ???since today my connections is slow ....
