EVDO Coverage

Hello!
I am Jagannath staying in sarjapur road Bangalore i purchased the evdo data card from BSNL and using last four months. I am alway getting problem means not working properly. Some times will connect to internet and some times will not connect. Always it is showing green light and evdo coverage. And speed also too low can you guide me any body regards this for solution. What i can do for this problem. But i am paying bill every month. I contacted to exchange office they are saying we are not related to that and bts also not installed in this area.
please help me for further.

If u can manage to find out that if every bsnl evdo user in ur area is facing the same problem, then it is the problem with the bts. Even I do get the same reply from the customer care... the best way is to go to ur nearest telephone exchange (better if u go to where u bought the device from) and make a query.

Also do remember that there is some sort of problem in bangalore from past 3 weeks..

Apparently this is a problem not restricted to Banglore alone. In Pune we are facing the same problem. Sometimes the signals are good for a few minutes, where i got very good speeds but most of the times it is equivalent to the CDMA 1x speeds. Moreover, as per the manual and blinking of the LED, it does appear that the device itself seems to find a EVDO network, but the speeds are still bad.
