Guys,

I got a new connection yesterday but whenver I try to connect I keep getting the following error:
"Access was denied because the username and/or password was invalid on the domain"

I tried calling the number on the box and I get a message the number is switched off, so it probably means that the device is activated. If so why am I getting access denied! Guests cannot see images in the messages. Please register in our forum for free by clicking here to see images. Any thoughts?

I hope u entered the same number for ur username and password as well.

I've seen this error message few times even after using it for months together, but it will be resolved very soon. within few minutes actually.

Since yours is a new connection, its better to contact the exchange people or call the customer care.

Yes, I've entered in the same number for both the username and password.

I'll wait a little longer to see if it gets resolved and then get back to customer care.
