Go to the place from where you got the device and ask them to check if its programmed correctly. I did that and there was an error in the configuration. After they corrected that it worked fine.

Thanks. I will do that. Second saturday holiday. So I could not get it done last weekend. Looks like I will have to take leave again.

I went to the BTM CSC today and spoke to SDE. She inturn spoke to the exchange who asked her to try after sometime. It worked in her system. I came back and tested from my home too and it worked. I got around 700 kbps.

its Kbps obviously.
Because, 2.4 Mbps = 300 KBps.. No way, one can achieve 700 KBps with this connection. Please don't PM/Email me regarding any technical query. They will go unread/ignored. Instead do post them in forums. Let others know ur problems too. |

Having the same problem here.. Got the card yesterday, but with the default setup it says username/password error. I tried entering the phone number (with / without STD code) in both fields, but still the same problem. What exactly does the username/PW look like..? Is it related to any of the numbers printed on the box? Or is it totally random.. Will be going to the BSNL office this Friday only, so trying to find out a solution bby myself till then.. Yesterday onwards i was facing the same problem, the error message like "....Your username or password is wrong... and its not found on our servers..", I am not sure what will happen. I have been using for the past 10 months, this is the first time i am facing this kind of error.
