^ Electricity bill - ha. No man, I stay in a guest house(lodge). Maybe the rent receipt, or my company id card will do(It has Chennai address on it)?

i want to know about the bill method from the existing customers in chennai and do we have customer account number ? and can we make the payment online? in the site chennai.bsnl.co.in by e-payment Please respond i fanyone knows

Yeah same prob wid me AIRTEL guys asked for PAN, but there was no address proof!!

People not having a PAN can fill up Form 66(given by BSNL only) along with the new connection form(for EV-DO/NIC)

I plan to take an EVDO connection. But i wanted to know if the signal is not strong at my house can i shift to CDMA 1x plan? I see no sense in paying 300 bucks more if i dnt get the speed. And i also wanted to know if i have to stick to this plan for 3 months?( I think i read this somewhere)
