optimising dns.
everyone knows that dns can help to improve the speed of the evdo connection. but when we enter the dns values in network connections the setting doesnt get saved. its erased every time i redial after diconnecting the modem(my experience)...so inorder to get the dns saved in the ipconfigs do the following...

start-> run enter "gpedit.msc" without quotes..

then do the following: local computer policy --> computer configuration--> administrative templates --> network --> dnsclient:

enable primary dns suffix and enter the dns value 208.67.222.222
enable dynamic update
enable dns servers and enter the same value

hope this can increase the browsing speed

(imp: backup every setting before u edit it)

frailty, thy name is woman....
