Start with ur room...jus keep ur laptop at every possible place u can for around 3 mins to see the variation...then goto another place...trust me u ll find tat lucky spot...u need to have patience ,tats it...once u find it,u ll really kno what really evdo is...

Remember one thing - when u are checking ur speed at different places keep something to download from a very fast server...so that u kno the real speed of evdo...don keep download from easyshare,uploaded.to etc(they give bad speeds)...strictly no torrents!!!


In my case,avg evdo speed in room is around 500kbps whereas its around 2.2mbps in livinng room!!!remember evdo really has a potiential ...only thing is to explore it..

Today i went to IIM BSNL office in Bangalore to ask for EVDO connection. BSNL guys told me that they provide only 999/- plan and there arent any other plans.When i told about the tariff mentioned in the Site, they told that is not True.

if you are a new user activating the card between01-03-10 and 31-03-10 then will have to pay the monthly rental charges of Rs.750/-
and worse case is
Users who are activating the cards after 31-03-10 have to pay Rs 999/- as monthly rental
