in UP (East) we have two plans.
pay Rs. 1650 then the monthly rental will be Rs. 400 +taxes pay Rs. 3600 then the monthly rental will be Rs. 250 + taxes. Guests cannot see links in the messages. BSNL Portal currently only reflects the CDMA Circular however, the EVDO charges are not yet to be updated on the main site.The Customer Service Manager of a Telephone Exchange in Bangalore said that the circular for EVDO charges is same across India and sent by BSNL to all the state units.The details of the charges is first published by Chennai Telecom.Please find the links

The tariff here in Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) for EVDO on purchase is Rs. 5045/- and for 1X is Rs. 3676/- on purchase inclusive of all taxes.
