let this thread only for sharing the software related to EVDO card only.
Any software related to the EVDO card, please post it here with a nice description of it.. be it the connectivity software, the dialling software, the dirvers, ZTE programming utility, terminal sotware, flashing utility, unlocking code generators, prl files, firmware files , product catalouge/manual etc..

This is an executable product package for Win nt all , Win VISTA all and also win 9x platforms. Geat looks and skins. But if u think, u will get something new, ie something like higher speed, or voice call feature enabled, then u r at wrong place..

Please note, it is not the same as u got from BSNL. it is much detailed, and guys havige doubt, that they EV-DO device is not capable of placing a voice call, will get their answer in this manual.. ZTE Pst is the Programming Software Terminal, used for changing the settings of the device. For more details, google for the options given in the software, n u will know every thing u want to know, before u get ur hands dirty with it..

I have uploaded the full cd of 100 mb used by BSNL for programming and installing EVDO devices. This is in .rar and is 71.0 MB total Anyone can programme usb or pcmica cards for the active service

@djasis no need to say sorry dude, and language is definately NOT the culprit, actually i was'nt able to see even bit of Russian language in the app, it was in english.. problem was whenever i installed it, it app start gets initiated and then gets dissappeared and never comes back, dont get dissappointed coz, there might be some prob with my os

This Dialler (ZTE Wireless Terminal Setup) is for modem used with RUIM card (Removable User Identity Module R-UIM ) similar to the SIM cards used in GSM Phones Since we are not having the device with this facility this dialler cannot be used for ZTE 8700 The main advantage of RUIM is device can be changed by removing the card to the new device just like in GSM Mobile phone.
